Disability support from someone who gets it

Accessible psychosocial recovery coaching for neurodivergence and dynamic disability, from a lived experience perspective

Meet Dani

Hi, I’m Dani,

I work alongside people who are tired of being told to “just push through” or fit into systems that weren’t built with them in mind. My approach is practical, compassionate, and flexible, because real recovery isn’t linear, and it definitely doesn’t look the same for everyone.

Alongside my professional background in peer work, mental health support, and systems navigation, I bring my own lived experience of chronic illness, AuDHD, and the ongoing process of figuring out how to build a life that actually works with my body and brain, not against them.

I’m especially passionate about supporting people who identify as spoonies, neurodivergent, or just generally exhausted by trying to meet expectations that don’t fit. Together, we focus on what is possible by building routines, supports, and strategies that are realistic, sustainable, and kind.

I’m excited to start working with you to create more stability, more self-trust, and more space to breathe in your own life. My job is to walk alongside you while we make it a bit more doable.
