Why work with me?

Because I know what its like to be neurodivergent with multiple chronic illnesses, to have to learn about and navigate service systems that weren’t built with you in mind, and to have to educate and advocate for your needs constantly. I get it, and I’m here to be in your corner.

I bring a combination of professional experience in mental health peer work and recovery coaching, alongside my own lived experience of disability and navigating complex systems. My background in peer work shapes how I show up: with a strong focus on mutual respect, shared understanding, and the belief that you are the expert in your own life.

I understand not just how systems like the NDIS are supposed to work, but how they actually play out in real life. I know how overwhelming, confusing, and rigid they can feel, especially when you’re already managing your own capacity.

My role is to make things clearer, more manageable, and more aligned with how you actually function. That might look like breaking down complex information, helping you prioritise what matters, or finding supports that genuinely fit your needs.

I work in a way that is collaborative, flexible, and grounded in respect for your autonomy. I won’t push you into unrealistic expectations or one-size-fits-all plans. Instead, we build something sustainable, at your pace, and in a way that works for your life.

If you’re looking for support that is practical, affirming, and grounded in real understanding, you’re in the right place.
